The mAT-K100 is an automatic antenna tuner for Icom and Kenwood transceivers. It tunes all coaxial fed antennas over a wide tuning range, on the entire shortwave plus the 6m band. The power range is from 0.1 to 120 W SSB (peak power, 30W digital modes). Control is via the control cable from the transceiver (Tune button), or as soon as power is applied. Please note the information on maximum transmitting power in the manual.

The mAT-K100 can be used with all Icom and Kenwood transceivers that have the usual tuner sockets. A control cable for Kenwood is included, the cable for Icom is an optional accessory.
Any coaxial cable-fed antenna can be used, i.e. end-fed broadband antennas like the GPM-1500, BB-7V, BB-6W etc., but also dipoles or windom antennas. For antennas with parallel wire, a balun must be used for transformation. With most transceivers, operation is fully automatic via the tune button, otherwise the mAT-K100 tunes as soon as power is applied.
